Privacy

We store your email address, name, and sign-in provider so your coordinator can recognise and approve you. We store your study progress (playback position, quiz scores) and your AI tutor usage counts so the service can work and so coordinators can see cohort activity.

Your tutor questions are sent to Azure OpenAI to generate answers and are not used by Microsoft to train models. We keep usage counts, not the text of your questions, beyond what is needed to answer them.

Uploaded recordings and texts are stored in Azure in the United States and are visible only to members of your cohort and coordinators.
